Frequently Asked Questions

 1. How do I register with eShop?

Registration is easy, simply fill out the account data registration form, choose a Password, and you're set. Your email address will be used as your Login ID. Once you've registered and logged-in, you'll be able to access to our eShop. An email on the registration will be received.

2. Can I order online once I have registered with eShop?

Once the registration is done, you can access with our eShop, however, at this moment, only price request can be sent. Upon receiving your first price request, authentication and update on the eShop profile with your specific account numbers will be done.

3. I couldn't find an item on your web site that I know you carry in Merck Catalogs, how do I order it?

4. How fast will the web orders be processed?

Web orders are considered as real-time orders. Once the order is placed, it will be processed in our system.

Kindly note that orders will be subjected to review prior to shipping if the order consists of sea-freight or export-regulated or controlled item(s). Additional shipping or handling charge will be incurred as shown on the order summary and order confirmation. In such cases, our Customer Service will contact you. 5. Can I make changes to an order on the website?

Once you have submitted an order and received a confirmation number you will only have access to view that order. Any addition or removal of products must be made through our Customer Service.

Please note that any deletion is subjected to the shipment status of the order. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.

 6. What if I want to place an order but the Purchase Order no. is not available yet?

For such orders, kindly include in the comments for your orders and input your company internal references in the field "PO number or your internal reference"

IMPORTANT:
To avoid duplication of orders, it is strongly recommended that you indicate on your actual PO.

7. If I order on-line, will I still receive contractual pricing?

Yes, the prices displayed are directly generated from our system and are based on the contractual pricing tagged to your specific account.

8. Can I generate quotation online?

Yes, you can. Simply save your shopping cart as pdf format. You can also email the shopping cart to your email address or to your colleague.

9. Will my items in shopping cart be deleted when I log out?

No, the items will still be remained in your shopping cart unless deleted from the cart.

10. What confirmation will I get?

Once you have submitted your order summary, you will be informed with your confirmation number. At the same time the system will automatically send a order knowledgement to the e-mail address you have saved in your profile. 

11. I forgot my password. What do I do?

Simply click on "Forgotten your password" at the Login section and enter your Login ID (which is your registered email address). An email notification will be sent to you shortly.

12. What payment methods are available to me?

At this moment, payment method is based on the payment terms assigned to your specific account. An invoice of your order will be sent to your Finance department.
